Inital beta-release

Like Reddit's r/place, but in 3D!

Note, currently in beta, and things like the size and palette are not final yet. Data can (and will) be cleared without warning as these change.

Controls (desktop):

WASD to move horizontally
Shift and Space to move vertically
Click a color to select it
Press E to lock/unlock cursor (or click when not locked / Escape when locked)
Move mouse when locked to look around
Click when locked to place a block
Left and Right-arrow keys to switch colors without needing to unlock

Controls (mobile):

Left 4 buttons to move horizontally
2 buttons to the right to those to move vertically
Tap a color to select it
Swipe the screen to look around
Tap right button to place a block
