Fixed lowest possible note causing problems

Initial upload
use the fileprompt to load a MIDI file and a download for the pitch-inverted version will start.
Works in any modern browser. (recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge)
Only invert the note-commands, not effect like vibrato.
Should work with most MIDI-files but some files might cause issues.
